Mage: The Ascension (Based off the pseudo-default ending in Time of Troubles)
- The Nephandi are not just evil and crazy, but dead wrong. Their demonic masters are nothing more than the idle dreams of the Neverborn.
- The Technocracy isn't just messed up, but worse than messed up (I loved this reveal). Their Secret Masters (tm) died off more than a hundred years ago, devoured and rendered non-existant by the Paradigm of anonymity and paranoia they helped create. If the Technocracy is run by a faceless, non-existant entity... then it's run by a faceless non-existant entity. ALL of the "commands" and orders they've received over the years were generated by their paradigm; magic making them manifest to continue the charade. Did I mention I loved this reveal?
